When you submit a demo enquiry, VaultX receives the details you choose to provide: your name, email, company, company size and optional phone number and needs. The form asks for your consent before submission.

How the team uses your enquiry

Your enquiry is stored privately in encrypted form and queued for notification to [email protected] and the VaultX WhatsApp contact +923048666915 so the team can respond. Email and WhatsApp service providers process notifications. Please do not include passwords, payment information or confidential business records.

The website product assistant

Your question is matched locally to a product topic. Only predefined public product text is sent to the configured AI provider to prepare an explanation; your original question and form contact details are not included in that AI request. Conversation messages displayed in the widget stay in the current page. The assistant cannot access customer ERP records or submit the enquiry form for you.

Essential operation

The enquiry and assistant services use an essential session cookie and request limits to protect forms and control abuse. A submitted enquiry remains in the private team outbox for follow-up; this page does not promise immediate deletion or a specific retention period.
