Web, Windows and Android: choosing the right ERP workspace

VaultX · · Product guide

The right interface depends on the task, role and available connection.

Match the interface to the work

The web workspace brings modules and reporting into the browser. Windows provides counter and operational workflows, including Touch POS and Fast POS. Android supports Owner and Sales/Order-Taker workspaces with permitted operational views. Choosing a client should begin with the work a person needs to do rather than assuming every screen is identical everywhere.

Treat offline support as a defined capability

VaultX Windows supports selected offline flows: cash sales, supported full-cash tax-free purchases, cached-source sale returns and inventory-count drafts. Other flows have different boundaries. Offline receipts, on-account receipts, cash in/out, card or split payments, credit sales and refund settlement are not certified.

Keep demo access protected

Public demos let visitors explore the product while protecting the shared sample records. The presence of an operational feature in the installed application does not grant a public viewer permission to execute it. Business entitlements and user permissions continue to determine access.

Download and evaluate deliberately

Use the official downloads section on vaultxerp.com. The Windows build is an unsigned prerelease and Android is a demo preview build. For a real deployment, evaluate the supported flows with the business team, check connectivity and agree the role permissions. A demonstration is a useful introduction, followed by validation of the actual operational requirements.
